Darwin Green is a highly respected mining executive and exploration geologist with more than 25 years of experience advancing gold and base metal projects across North America. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from Carleton University, specializing in structural controls on mineral systems. His career spans discovery, resource expansion, technical studies, corporate development, and capital markets leadership across some of the continent’s most prolific mining jurisdictions.

Darwin founded and served as President and CEO of HighGold Mining, where he guided the company from inception through meaningful exploration success and value creation, culminating in its acquisition in 2024. Prior to HighGold, he served as Vice President, Exploration at Constantine Metal Resources, where he oversaw major advancements at the Niblack Cu-Au-Zn-Ag project. His experience reflects a disciplined, technically driven approach to discovery and a strong reputation for building high-quality teams and long-term value.

Darwin serves on the Boards of Onyx Gold Corp. and Maple Gold Mines Ltd., where he contributes expertise in structural geology, epithermal systems, and district-scale exploration strategy.
